Becoming a winning Leader is a difficult but possible task: each of us has the potential to
become a leader of people and of projects. “Strategic Leadership” means being able to build and
grow one’s success, step by step, involving and inspiring people to give their best, delivering
long-term results. In this module we want to give participants methodology, tools and
techniques to discover their talents, define their goals, understand how to manage, motivate and
involve teams of people in a cross-cultural environment, strongly maintaining their focus. The
key points of the routemap are going to be:
 Understand the new rules of a fast-changing society;
 Understand the new role of business;
 Become an effective VUCA leader and test your current capabilities;
 Develop your medium and long-term targets in a strategic approach;
 Understand what’s inside “leadership” and how to become an effective leader;

 Participants assess their leadership capabilities through team- and individual exercises and
role plays
 Participants are able to apply new management rules, consistent with the new economic,
social, human trends
 Participants learn and apply keys for people management effective independently from the
culture of counterparts
